Pricing, equipment availability, installation requirements, monitoring services, warranties, payment terms, cancellation provisions, and other project details will be established through a separate written estimate, proposal, purchase order, monitoring agreement, or service contract.
When these Terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement will control.
No Guarantee Against Loss
Security systems are designed to help detect, discourage, communicate, and respond to certain events. No alarm, camera, access-control, fire, monitoring, or automation system can prevent or detect every burglary, fire, emergency, equipment failure, cyberattack, property loss, injury, or other event.
ARM Security Systems does not represent that any product or service will eliminate all risks or guarantee that authorities or emergency personnel will respond within a particular period.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, following safety procedures, testing equipment as required, protecting passwords and access credentials, and promptly reporting system problems.
Website Accuracy
We work to keep website information accurate and current. However, equipment, features, pricing, compatibility, availability, photographs, descriptions, and specifications may change without notice.
Product images may be representative and may not show the exact equipment provided for a particular installation. A site assessment may be required before ARM Security Systems can recommend equipment or provide final pricing.
